Field Collection Associate
A Field Collection Associate primarily performs collection activity field doing verification of existing and probing new contact information of clients. The purpose is to locate delinquent clients whose whereabouts or contact information is unknown and perform collection actions which also includes possible repossession of the unit on any successfully traced clients.
What you will be doing:
- Probe and establish contact on delinquent customers and persuade and negotiate with customers to make the payments either thru calls or field collections
- Serve payment reminder notice or demand letter
- To conduct repossession of voluntary surrendered units for vehicle loans.
- Analyze and acknowledge all customer concerns, clarify issues, determine the cause of the problems, recommend and explain the best solution for customers
- Follow communication procedure policies and guidelines
- Responsible for managing and collection all outstanding accounts receivable from customer
- Monitor payment plan and/or settlement payments
- Send out collection notices on delinquent accounts
- Perform skip tracing with the use of internal and external skip tracing resources
- Performs other assigned tasks from time to time
What we are looking for:
- Undergraduate of any bachelor's degree or senior high school graduate
- At least 1 year of relevant collection experience
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite applications
- Has valid driving license and knows how to operate a 4-wheel vehicle.
- Has own motorcycle
- Demonstrates good interpersonal and negotiation skills for interacting with clients
